Take ragi flour, rice flour, gram flour , chilli powder, sesame seed, chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
Add butter and give a good mix by rubbing it between fingers.
Add a little water at a time, make a pliable dough. The dough should neither be too hard or smooth.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a chakli mould, grease it with a little oil. Put some dough and press a few. You can either press directly or put them on a sheet and slide later into the oil.
Deep fry them on both sides.
Remove them on a tissue paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Once they are completely cool, store them in an air-tight container.
