Grilled paneer slabs are tasty and easy to make. They are healthier as they are not deep fried.
Put the paneer in hot water for five minutes. Later, put it in a colander.
Trim the edges of the bread. Keep them aside.
Crumble the paneer in a wide bowl. Add all other ingredients (except the bread slices) and mix them.
Take a bread slice, and smear a little butter. Put a spoonful of filling on one side. Take the other end over it and seal it with a little water.
Repeat for a couple more of bread slices.
Heat a skillet, put the stuffed bread pieces on it. Smear some ghee over them.
Roast on a medium flame until golden in colour. Flip it to the other side. When golden, remove and serve with tomato ketchup.
