Green chutney

Green chutney is usually served with snacks such as cutlets and kachori. It is spicy band makes the dish taste better.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coriander
  • 3 green chilly
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice
  • water

Green Chutney 2

  • 1 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 4 green chilly
  • 2 cloves garlic optional
  • 1 inch ginger
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon green gram

Instructions

  • Remove the stalk of the greens. Wash them by immersing in a bowl of water.
  • Grind with green chilly and salt along with some water. Remove in a bowl and add lime juice.
  • For the second variety, grind green gram along with chilly, ginger and garlic. Then, add the coriander leaves, mint and salt, pulse it with some water. 
  • Remove in a bowl and add lime juice.
