Rava dosa is a tasty crepe that needs no fermentation. It is thin, crispy and can be made instantly.
Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, take about 4 tablespoon of flour and mix water to it. Make batter of thin consistency. Keep it aside for ten minutes.
Heat a skillet. Smear some oil, take a ladleful of batter and put it over the skilet. Hold the handle of the skillet in the left hand and tilt it around. Drizzle oil around it.
Let cook on moderate flame.
Once it is done, remove it and serve. Chutney and potato stir fry are optional, it tastes good by itself.
