Maggi Bhel is a quick snack to make in the evening. It is tasty and can be made in ten minutes.
Take a slab of maggi, break it into pieces and dry roast it until golden brown in colour.
Chop the onion finely.
Take a bright red firm tomato, cut into small pieces.
Add onion to the roasted noodles. Put maggi masala, chilli powder, roasted peanut and salt to it. Mix them well.
Add tomato and garnish with finely chopped coriander.
