Imli ka Aamlana is a tasty, refreshing and digestive drink from Rajasthani cuisine. It is usually served with the Rajasthani platter.
Soak a small lemon sized ball of tamarind in water for fifteen minutes.
Mix all the spices together, make a fine powder of it.
Extract the pulp.
Add tamarind and spice mix to it. Give a stir.
Add water. Garnish with torn mint leaves.
