- 2 cup mango pulp
- 2 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Put the mango pulp in a thick bottom pan and cook it.
Let it be moderately thick, add chia seed and honey.
Cook for five minutes. Switch off the stove.
Add lime juice.
Once it cools, store in an air-tight container.
- Sugar may be added, put sugar as per the need. It depends on the sweetness of the mangoes.
