Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut
  • 3 teaspoon chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

Instructions

  • Dry roast the peanuts on a slow flame for three to four minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Grind them along with other ingredients.
  • Peanut chutney powder is ready, check the taste and add chilli powder if needed.
  • Store in a clean, air tight jar.
