Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe

Equipment

  • pan, spatula, measuring cup, pan

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coriander seed
  • 4 black cardamom
  • 6 cloves
  • 10 pepper corn
  • 2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 5 red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon amchur powder
  • 1 tablespoon black salt

Instructions

  • Take coriander seed, cardamom, clove, pepper corn, cumin fennel, cinnamon and red chilliĀ  in a pan. Roast them for three minutes until you get a good aroma. Keep tossing them with a spatula.
  • Allow them to cool.
  • Grind them to a powder. Add turmeric powder, amchur powder and black salt to it. Grind altogether again to a fine powder.
  • Pav Bhaji Masala is ready ro use. Store it in a dry container.
