Ingredients
1/4cupcoriander seed
4black cardamom
6cloves
10pepper corn
2tablespooncumin
1tablespoonfennel seed
1stick cinnamon
5red chilli
1tablespoonturmeric powder
1.5tablespoonamchur powder
1tablespoonblack salt
Instructions
Take coriander seed, cardamom, clove, pepper corn, cumin fennel, cinnamon and red chilliĀ in a pan. Roast them for three minutes until you get a good aroma. Keep tossing them with a spatula.
Allow them to cool.
Grind them to a powder. Add turmeric powder, amchur powder and black salt to it. Grind altogether again to a fine powder.
Pav Bhaji Masala is ready ro use. Store it in a dry container.
