Method
- Take coriander seed, cardamom, clove, pepper corn, cumin fennel, cinnamon and red chilliĀ in a pan. Roast them for three minutes until you get a good aroma. Keep tossing them with a spatula.
- Allow them to cool.
- Grind them to a powder. Add turmeric powder, amchur powder and black salt to it. Grind altogether again to a fine powder.
- Pav Bhaji Masala is ready ro use. Store it in a dry container.
