- 2 cup watermelon chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
- sugar if needed
Cut the watermelon into chunks, remove the seeds.
Blend them all together.
Add pepper powder, salt and lemon juice, give a swirl.
Chill and serve.
- It is ideal to cut the watermelon and keep it in refrigerator ahead of time.
- Sugar may be added.
- A few small pieces of watermelon may be added while serving.
