Ingredients
  

  • 2 banana
  • 2 mango
  • 1/2 cup oats 1 cup = 250 ml
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Method
 

  1. Peel the mango and banana and cut into pieces. Freeze it for sometime.
  2. Blend the fruit pieces with some milk.
  3. Add other ingredients and blend again.
  4. Pour in glasses, serve chilled. 

Notes

  • Use almond milk to make it vegan.
