Banana Rasayana | Balehannu Sihikarne

Banana Rasayana is a simple, no cook, tasty dish. It is ideal to serve with chapathi or as a dessert.

Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 wide bowl
  • 2 spoons
  • 1 serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon fresh grated coconut
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Cut the banana into pieces. Add milk. Put sugar, grated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix and serve.

Notes

Cut the banana into small pieces.
Bananas should  not be over ripe.
Honey may be added.
You may add cashews and raisins.
