- In a saucepan bring the blueberries, water and sugar to boil. Mash the blueberries as you go along and create a thicker syrup. When the water quantity has reduced and the syrup begins to form like honey remove from heat and allow to cool. this syrup can be stored in the refrigerator
- Squeeze the lemons, extract the juice and add to a pitcher. Add two tbsp of the blueberry syrup followed by the sparkling water. Stir and combine them well and test the sweetness. If needed add honey and serve on the rocks ( ice cubes)
