- Wash the capsicum and cut into thin, long slices.
- Similarly, slice the onions.
- In a pan, add two teaspoon of oil and put the onion and saute it until it is pinkish in colour. Add the capsicum pieces go it and saute it. Sprinkle kasuri methi, chopped coriander and a little chilli powder to it. Saute it for sometime.
- In another pan, take oil. Add cumin and sesame seed to it. As it splutters, put the crushed garlic and chilli powder to it. Saute it. Add the cooked vegetable.
- Add salt, crushed peanut, garam masala to it. Mix well.
- Finally, blend the curd add put it. Mix well and remove from flame.
- Serve with chapathi or phulka.
Notes
Peanut powder is made by roasting the peanuts. When cool, remove the skin and grind it to a coarse powder.
