Method
- Wash the carrot, scrub well, pat dry and grate them.
- Put oil in a pan, add ghee and roast the carrots for five to seven minutes.
- Add condensed milk to it and let cook on a low flame, keep stirring in between, otherwise it will get burnt.
- It should become dry and crumbly in texture, remove from flame and add cardamom powder.
- Roast the dry fruits in ghee and garnish the sweet.
- Serve hot.
