Method
- Wash and cut the cucumber into small pieces.
- Blend it for one minute, you can even use the mixer.
- Add yoghurt and water to it. Give a swirl.
- Put salt and cumin powder, again blend for a few seconds.
- Pour in glasses. Serve chilled.
Notes
I have used the regular, small cucumber. You can use the large variety too. Scrape the skin and adjust the quantity accordingly.
Any yoghurt can be used, but use fresh curds. You can check this yoghurt
