Method
- wash the strawberry and pat dry. Take two of them, cut into small pieces, put in sugar and keep it aside.
- Blend the strawberries to a puree. Pour condensed milk and fresh cream to it.
- Give a swirl for thirty second. Again repeat for ten seconds.
- pour into ice cream container.
- Top it with pieces of strawberry.
- Deep freeze for three hours. Strawberry ice cream is ready to serve.
Notes
Do not blend for a long time. It will be sticky and hard.
