Method
- Cut the almond into slivers.
- Take a pan, add all the ingredients and roast on a low flame for five minutes.
- Add the raisins, continue to toss for sometime.
- Keep tossing in between as it gets burnt easily.
- Once it is crisp, remove from flame. Keep it aside.
- Store in an air-tight container.
Notes
- I prefer using quick oats.
- Pecans, walnuts, cashew may be used.
- You can add dried berries also.
- Maple syrup or brown sugar may be used.
- Keep roasting on a low flame. If you do not toss in between, it will get burnt easily.
