Method
- Peel the skin and cut the mango into pieces, add chilly powder and water. Cook it for some time.
- Grind coconut, cumin and green chilly to a paste.
- Put the paste and salt to it and let cook. Whisk the curds and put it. Do not boil once you add the curds.
- Make seasoning and put it over it.
Notes
- Use coconut oil for seasoning.
- Adjust green chilly as per your choice, if you need it spicy, use two of them.
- Serve with hot rice.
