Method
- Boil the potato. Peel and cut into cubes.
- Cut the cucumber and tomato into circles
- Make thin slices of onion and capsicum.
- Take two slices of bread, smear green chutney over them.
- Put a few slices of vegetable.
- Sprinkle a little pepper powder and chaat masala.
- Put the other slice and put in the toaster.
- Alternatively, you can toast it on the skillet with a little ghee until golden in colour.
Notes
Cut into half and serve it plain, But I prefer to grill it.
