Method
- Roast the peanuts, they should be crunchy and light brown in colour.
- Roast the sesame for two minutes, you get a good aroma.
- Roast the desiccated coconut for a minute.
- Roast the oats for a minute.
- Cut the dates, deseed and put them over the ingredients.
- Grind all ingredients together.
- Remove in a wide bowl.
- Make balls of it. Oats ladoo are ready to serve.
