Method
- Peel the skin and remove the arils.
- Keep a few aside.
- Blend them and pass through a sieve to get the juice. Mix sugar to it.
- Take the cream and blend both together.
- Mix agar agar in warm water.
- Stir it into pomegranate and cream mixture.
- Pour it into bowls and allow to set for four hours.
- Top it with arils and serve.
Notes
Readymade juice can be used. Only a few arils for topping will be required.
