Cucumbers are tasty and healthy. You can binge on them any time. A salad of cucumber and onion mixed with tomato tastes simply great. You can eat it with your meals or just as a snack.
Ingredients:
cucumber – 4
onions – 2
tomato – 1
roasted groundnuts – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
oil for seasoning.
lime juice 1/2 tsp
Method:
Wash and cut the veggies into small pieces.
Put them in a bowl.
Grind the groundnuts into powder and mix with it.
Add salt and lime juice.
Make seasoning and dress with it.
Ready to serve
