It helps in weight loss and ideal for heart.Oranges are rich in Vitamin C and hardly used in our cooking.Today, I present to you chickpea orange salad.
Salads form an essential part of our diet . It is good to have a daily dose or on alternate days a healthy platter loaded with greens and veggies. This salad is easy to prepare and can be made quickly, the only necessity is of the boiled chickpeas. One of the frequently prepared salads at home.
INGREDIENTS :

chickpeas (boiled ) 1cup

orange 1
-
raisins handful
-
salt to taste
-
pepper powder 1/4 tsp
-
honey 1tsp
-
olive oil 1tsp
METHOD :
Peel the skin of the orange and seperate the segments.Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Serve chilled. Chickpea orange salad is ready to binge as a snack.
Make a note : You need to soak the chick peas overnight before cooking them in the pressure cooker.
