Spinach, commonly known as palak, is packed with vital nutrients. The need of using it is more in an vegetarian diet. It is store house of calcium, manganese, iron and phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1, B6 and C.

Oh, except the spinach salad, i make all of it… Spinach surely is healthy and we love it at our home 🙂

I make all of them..they all taste amazing…the salad was introduced in a turkish restaurant with loads of garlic..it’s too good!!
