Green chutney is one of the essential accompaniments with any evening snack. It is spicy, tasty and versatile in its use.
Green chutney is perfect match for sandwich. It goes well with any paratha. It makes a perfect accompaniment with snacks such as samosa, cutlets, kachori etc. It is quintessential for chats as bhelpuri and sevpuri.
Various kinds of green chutney can be prepared. Here are two kinds of green chutney that I often prepare.
Use fresh coriander and mint leaves. Do not use thick stalks into the chutney. Adjust consistency of water, thin for chats, medium consistency for snacks and thick to spread for sandwich.

Food is one of the essentials of life, it makes life better simply with its presence. And here is a quote by Marcus Samuelsson I love and something to ponder, ” Everytime you use the word healthy, you lose. The key is to make yummy, delicious food that happens to be healthy. ”
