Cucumber Smoothie is a coolant food for summer.

I am on the look out for better break fast option these days and by far this has been the tastiest one, Cucumber Smoothie. It’s ideal for summer and hardly takes a couple of minutes to whip it.

Cucumber has cooling properties and helps to stay dehydrated. It prevents constipation and formation of kidney stones. It helps in preventing heart disease. It regulates  blood pressure and helps in  controlling diabetes.

Yoghurt helps to keep your gut healthy. It contains probiotics that keep your digestive and immune system working well. It is a good source of protein. It is also good for bone health. Studies have shown that it aids in weight loss.
